When it's Time to Fire Your Client

Some people are attached to money; they are bogged down with a mortgage, are beautifully supporting their families, and their life duties prevent them from taking a stand when needed.  I am fortunate enough to say that due to the self sufficient community model I am working on with friends and colleagues; money is not my main motivating force in life, impact is.

That said, sometimes client relationships do not work out.  Sometimes there are different expectations in working environments.  Sometimes working relationships sour.  Sometimes in the heat of the moment, people say things they may not have otherwise.  We encourage our clients to yell at us, and we like to yell back.  When healthy conflict is not welcome, we recognize that our firm is not needed at all.

We at Hospitality Enhanced feel that sometimes clients are best not being clients, as we push our clients hard to get out of their 'comfort zone.'  If you desire to have your ego challenged as a way to grow your business, especially in these trying economic times, then call us.  347-460-8856
